Sheralin – Financial Coordinator

With over 28 years of dental assisting experience, Sheralin’s vast dentistry knowledge allows her to provide answers to any questions patients may have. She is the expert in dental insurance and financing, helping patients understand and maximize their dental benefits. For Sheralin, seeing patients transform over their dental treatment journey, becoming happier and healthier, motivates her each day. She particularly likes helping fearful patients learn to enjoy visiting the dentist. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her four daughters, as well as running, cooking, traveling, and eating chocolate (milk, not dark).

Liz – Dental Hygienist

Liz is an attentive and dedicated dental hygienist with a gentle approach to patient care, always willing to spend extra time to comfort patients who are anxious or fearful about dentistry with the goal of providing them the best experience possible at Radiant Smiles. With over 11 years as a hygienist, she has become an expert at professional cleanings, periodontal treatment, X-rays, fluoride treatment, and sealant placement. Attracted to the dental field as a child, Liz pursued her passion through a degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Haven, known for their exceptional program. Outside of work, if she is not hiking or working out, you may find her riding her motorcycle, traveling or boating with friends, or volunteering to help others at Connecticut Foodshare.

Kianna – Dental Assistant

Kianna works directly with Dr. Michalski to provide attentive and comfortable care to our patients as his “right hand” in patient treatment. Her upbeat and warm nature forges connections with our patients, helping them relax and feel at ease during their visit. With what began as a temporary venture into the field, her realized passion for the dental field has led her to over 9 years of experience, making her knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and oral surgery. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking and spending time with her two daughters, watching movies, taking walks, and going on bike rides.

Christine – Patient Coordinator

It is Christine’s warm smile and welcoming personality that greets our arriving patients and makes them feel at home. With five years of experience in the dental field, she is a natural, possessing the detail and knowledge that make her an excellent fit at Radiant Smiles. Christine primarily assists our patients with coordinating and scheduling their treatment and visits. With a caring and competent clinical team behind her, she finds personal gratification in routinely observing how pleased our patients are after their visits. Outside of work, if she is not spending time with her husband or enjoying her vintage Bronco, Christine enjoys reading, fishing, Disney, and spending time with her nephews.
